Launch in Western Visayas

hirna was launched in Iloilo and Bacolod last July 26 and July 27 respectively. The largest taxi operators association in the region like the Association of Taxi Operators in Panay (ATOP) and the Taxi Operators of Negros Occidental (TONO) have partnered with hirna to strengthen and maximize their operations. Their network counts around 500 taxis in Iloilo and 400 in Bacolod and still increasing.
